Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively. Collaboration with various teams to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing into a streamlined, end-to-end function is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Need to design and deliver user-friendly conversational experiences for THREE and 48 Customers and employees.
• Work closely with BOT developers, Messaging Specialists, and Service teams, they identify pain points and create end-to-end journey maps and conversation flows.
• Using tools like Miro, they outline interaction flows and craft bot dialogue aligned with brand guidelines.
• The role also includes monitoring bot performance and implementing improvements as needed.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate automation solutions seamlessly within the development lifecycle.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks tailored to complex testing environments.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages relevant to automation tasks.
• Ability to analyze and optimize automated test suites for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation tools and processes.
