Vishakan Placement Service is seeking experienced Telugu Telecallers for a prominent voice process role at Shaadi.com Matrimony Organisation. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling, particularly in an outbound call environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Engage in telesales activities, upselling, and renewals.

Communicate effectively in Telugu and possess average proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu.

Use MS-Excel for daily operations and reporting.

Convince and retain customers with a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Meet sales targets and manage customer databases efficiently.
