Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Telesales CRM Specialist to join our sales team at APPORTALS. As a Telesales CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, while also engaging in telesales activities to generate leads and drive sales. Your strong understanding of CRM systems, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in maximizing sales productivity and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, leads, and sales activities.
  • Utilize the CRM system to streamline telesales processes, including lead management, contact management, and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Engage in outbound telesales activities, making calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and secure sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and configure the CRM system accordingly to support their workflows and objectives.
  • Develop and implement CRM best practices, guidelines, and training materials for the sales team to ensure consistent and effective system usage.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data, generating reports, dashboards, and insights to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of sales campaigns and telesales scripts, leveraging CRM data to segment and target specific customer segments.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members on CRM system usage and provide ongoing support to address any questions or issues.
  • Conduct telesales activities with professionalism, effectively communicating product/service features and benefits, and handling customer objections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM data and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, sales support, or CRM management roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably with hands-on experience in managing and customizing CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone, build rapport, and close sales opportunities.
  • Attention to detail and data management skills to ensure accurate and reliable CRM data.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights from CRM data.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of telesales best practices, familiarity with sales processes and workflows, and comfort with making outbound calls.
