Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Hyderabad,Chennai,Bangalore Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Telecom OSS platforms and network management applications. Develop robust and scalable solutions using C++, STL, OOPs concepts, and Design Patterns. Implement and optimize multi-threaded and concurrent applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues and defects. Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues. Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. Contribute to technical solution design, automation initiatives, and process improvements. Support deployment, performance tuning, debugging, and continuous enhancement activities. Participate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom solutions.
