Pinnacle Overseas Consultants is seeking dedicated female Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls, including cold calls.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and clients.
• Manage the front office and handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Ensure that data is entered and status is updated daily as per company standards.
• Engage in extensive calling and follow-ups with students.
• Present and convince potential clients with our services effectively.
• Manage initial enquiries and appointments for the counseling staff.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be goal-oriented in a target-driven environment.
• Support the office manager or director with any additional duties as assigned.
