Job Description

FrugalTesting is seeking a motivated and experienced TeleCaller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the B2B IT services sector. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients across various regions, including India, the US, Singapore, and Dubai, to set up sales meetings and promote our services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Fix appointments for sales meetings through phone calls.

Convince existing clients or prospects about our B2B IT services.

Provide information about our services to customers over the phone.

Gather customer information such as name, phone number, company name, and requirements using CRM tools like Pipedrive and Zoho.

Maintain a record of contacted customers and manage follow-up calls.

Conduct customer surveys to gather information on potential clients.

Follow up with previous customers for potential sales opportunities.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and follow-up reports.

Record client feedback and market information.

Operate within the UK time zone from 3 PM to midnight.
