Job Description

As a Telecaller Executive at Candid Optronix, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Your role will involve effective communication to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and generate sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of conversations and sales made.
  
  

• Graduation in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and any regional language (for Kochi location).
• Proven experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
