The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations management and discovery processes within enterprise environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to ServiceNow platforms.
