The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system robustness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
