Responsibilities:

• Act as a techno‑functional expert for SAP S/4HANA EAM, bridging maintenance business requirements and SAP standard solution design.
• Design, configure, and enhance end‑to‑end EAM processes aligned with SAP standards, such as 9‑phase maintenance model, planning buckets and capacity-oriented planning.
• Define and implement Fiori‑first, role‑based user experiences for planners, supervisors, and technicians using SAP standard Fiori apps and targeted extensions.
• Contribute to the design and integration of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) for mobile execution, dispatching, and technician enablement.
• Support SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) use cases such as condition‑based and predictive maintenance.
• Perform requirements engineering (workshops, process analysis, gap identification) and translate business needs into SAP standard–oriented solution concepts (incl. RICEFW and integration scenarios).
• Collaborate closely with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, integration, and DevOps teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), deployments, and 2nd/3rd‑level operation and change management as well as data migration
  
  
  

Qualifications :

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Least 3 years of hands‑on experience in SAP EAM S/4HANA with solid knowledge of SAP customizing and integration with MM, FI/CO, and PS.
• Strong functional knowledge of EAM S4 maintenance and asset management processes.
• Proven experience with SAP Fiori apps and role-based UX concepts.
• Good understanding of SAP Field Service Management and/or Asset Performance Management.
• Technical understanding of ABAP, enhancements, interfaces, and Fiori/UI5, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
• Experience in agile / DevOps delivery models and international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a focus on standardization and sustainability.
