<div><b>Technical Support Engineer</b></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Manage and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues.</li><li>Perform routine server maintenance, including patching, updates, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Manage storage systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.</li><li>Provide hardware support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues.</li><li>Configure and manage SAN switches, ensuring optimal storage connectivity and performance.</li><li>Manage and maintain SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.</li><li>Perform storage provisioning, zoning, and configuration of storage arrays and SAN switches.</li><li>Monitor and optimize storage systems to ensure efficient utilization and performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to storage infrastructure, including connectivity and performance problems.</li><li>Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for storage systems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that align with business requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and capacity planning to ensure storage systems meet current and future needs.</li><li>Maintain documentation for storage configurations, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Manage and maintain backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity and availability.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs, addressing failures and optimizing performance.</li><li>Plan and execute Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) and Virtual-to-Virtual (V2V) server migration projects across diverse platforms.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV and other Virtualization platform.</li><li>Strong knowledge of storage systems of multiple OEM like Dell, Netapp, Hitachi, etc and SAN switch configurations (Cisco &amp; Brocade).</li><li>Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Active Directory and server management.</li><li>Extensive experience with SAN and NAS technologies, including storage arrays and switches.</li><li>Proficiency in storage provisioning, zoning, and performance tuning.</li><li>Strong knowledge of backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, etc).</li><li>Experience with cross-platform server migration tools and techniques.</li></ul>
