Responsibilities : Experience in Configuration Management and CMDB Management Experience in Configuration Identification Control Status Accounting and Verification Audit processes Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow BMC Remedy Jira Service Management or similar platforms Experience with Version Control Systems Git GitHub Bitbucket GitLab Experience in Change Management Release Management and Environment Management processes Experience in CICD tools Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions GitLab CICD Experience with Configuration Audits Compliance Reviews and Governance activities Experience with Infrastructure and Application Configuration Management Experience with Cloud Platforms AWS Azure Experience with Docker Kubernetes and containerized environments Experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies Strong troubleshooting analytical and documentation skills
