Position Overview:

The Technical Project Associate will be responsible for supporting and executing technical projects related to AI/agents, including benchmarking, evaluations, and client-facing deliverables. This role requires strong technical proficiency in various programming languages and AI-related technologies, along with experience managing teams and creating thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Oversee and execute at least one technical project, including benchmarking, evaluations, and research or client-facing projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Apply knowledge in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) stacks such as Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
• AI Agent/LLM Development: Build and implement at least one AI agent or Large Language Model (LLM) to function as a judge or decision-maker in specific tasks.
• Team Management: Manage or have a top-level view of a team of 25+ members, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support project development and execution.
• Research & Benchmarking: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and agent technologies, ensuring the team uses up-to-date methods for benchmarking and evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience building and deploying AI agents or LLMs.
• Ability to handle project execution and lead cross-functional teams of 25+ members.
• Strong writing and documentation skills for technical processes, including creating SOPs.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest AI research, benchmarking methods, and industry practices.
