Technical Product Owner B2C

About The Role

At Techdome, Product Ownership goes beyond writing requirements and managing backlogs. We're looking for a B2C Technical Product Owner with a strong engineering mindset who can bridge business and technology, own customer-facing products, and drive product decisions through customer insights, market research, and technical understanding.

You'll work closely with Founders, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to build AI-first products across Healthcare, FinTech, HRTech, Payments, and Enterprise SaaS. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of the product lifecycle—from identifying customer problems to delivering scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features and modules from discovery, planning, development, and release through continuous improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements.
• Define product vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, and release plans aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain Product Backlogs, User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, and Process Flows.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams on solution design, APIs, integrations, technical feasibility, and architecture discussions.
• Work with UX/UI teams to create intuitive user journeys and product experiences.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Release Planning, UAT, Sprint Reviews, and production readiness.
• Ensure product quality, scalability, usability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, competitive research, analysis, and overall productivity.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong experience owning customer-facing B2C digital products from ideation to production.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, Product Lifecycle Management, Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, and Release Management.
• Hands-on experience creating PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Product Documentation.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and modern product collaboration tools.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Databases, System Integrations, Cloud fundamentals, and Technical Architecture.
• Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility while making product decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

AI-First Product Mindset

We're looking for Product Owners who actively leverage AI to improve product strategy, documentation, research, analysis, and decision-making.

Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Perplexity, Notion AI, or similar AI platforms is highly preferred.
