Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our IT Services offerings. This pivotal role bridges the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of products that enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final launch and market positioning, driving innovation and value for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Define and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with broader organizational goals and market demands.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and integrate web technologies effectively.
Develop detailed product requirements and create prototypes to validate concepts and guide development efforts.
Drive successful product launches by coordinating marketing strategies, pricing models, and positioning initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends to refine product roadmaps and maintain a competitive edge in the IT services sector.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management within the IT Services industry.
Demonstrate a proven track record in managing product launches and enhancing customer experience.
Exhibit strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and web technologies.
Show proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to influence diverse groups.
Have deep knowledge of product management principles, including strategy formulation and lifecycle oversight.
Be skilled in crafting product requirements and building functional prototypes.
Possess the ability to develop effective marketing strategies, including pricing and positioning tactics.
Compensation package is competitive, ranging up to ₹10 LPA.
