Technical Lead (Full Stack)

FA is an AI education and technology company based in Hyderabad. We run one of Indias largest AI learning communities — 3.5 lakh+ learners across 80+ countries — and help businesses automate their operations through AI-powered solutions including voice agents, chatbots, CRM automations, and custom AI applications.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead (Full Stack) to own the entire technical side of the company. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will set technical direction, lead the engineering team, and ship products end-to-end. Within 90 days, the goal is for the CTO to step away from writing production code entirely.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead development of our Duolingo-style AI learning platform from architecture to launch - Lead a team of ~10 engineers — sprints, code reviews, and engineering standards - Deliver client projects including voice agents, chatbots, and CRM integrations end-to-end - Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
• Drive performance, reliability, and scalability across all products
  
  
  

Requirements

Full Stack Development

• Strong Python — backend APIs, async frameworks, server-side logic
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript — Node.js backend and React/Next.js frontend
• Ability to architect, build, and ship both backend and frontend independently
• Database experience — SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Supabase)
  
  
  

AI & LLM Integration

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs in production
• Prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
• Experience integrating AI/LLM features into real user-facing products
  
  
  

Infrastructure & DevOps

• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or equivalent cloud platform
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines — built and managed independently
• Track record of shipping and monitoring complete production systems
  
  
  

Integrations

• Experience with third-party integrations — WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar APIs
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar
• Workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier — a plus
  
  
  

Leadership

• Managed or mentored at least 2–3 developers
• Ability to run sprints, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering standards - Strong independent execution — takes context and runs without repeated follow-ups
  
  
  

AI Coding Tools

• Daily usage of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar — non-negotiable
