Job Designation: Technical Executive

POSITION GOALS

To Assist & Deliver services in accordance with comprehensive IFM contract between JLL & Shell

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve targets established by both the Technical and Facilities manager with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Achievement of the key performance indicators and service level agreement targets.
• Promoters Open, constructive and collaborate relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
• Ownership of the day-to-day administration including various report generation/MIS to the management.
• Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/material and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.
• Maintain appropriate levels of petty cash to support FM operations.
• Vendor invoice processing aligned with JLL finance process.
  
  

Contribute the weekly FM meeting minutes and to the monthly management report to client and other reports as required.

• Delivery of agreed initiatives as per Intel and JLL initiatives road map.
  
  

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards across facilities
• Track operational performance metrics against established benchmarks
• Additional performance indicators will be defined through the Individual Performance Agreement at site level (My Performance)
  
  

Required Skill Set

• B. Tech in Engineering with demonstrated experience in technical management
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining technical operations
• Strong knowledge and expertise in HVAC, PAC (Precision Air Conditioning), Electrical systems, Plumbing, and FAPA systems
• Proven track record in facility management and building services operations

Qualification: B. Tech Engineering

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Shift Timings: Morning/Afternoon (no night shift)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Designation: Technical Executive

Notice Period: 1 month

Job Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)

Specific Requirements: HVAC, PAC, Precision Air Conditioning(PAC), FAPA, Electrical, Plumbing, etc
