Tech Lead Web App - Full Stack Developer

• Lead the design & development of Intelehealth’s complete web stack 
  
• Solve complex architectural, scalability & performance issues 
  
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  
• Single PoC for all activities in the Web app/FSD team - Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges
  
• Build efficient, testable and reusable modules
  
• Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop web application features
  
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time.
  
• Work closely with Director of Product Development to deliver product releases
  

• Review code of team members
  
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that team members can understand their duties or delegated tasks
  
• Monitoring team members productivity to ensure high quality deliverables on time 
  
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching
  
• Hire and train new team members
  
• Lead team of 4-7 Full Stack Developers
  

Requirements

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  
• Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (Express/NestJS)
