• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build technical capabilities and foster professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies relevant to SAP Successfactors.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integration landscapes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and API management.
