We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader

In this role, you will:

• Design, deploy and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud solutions on AWS.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraforms
• Automate deployments and operations using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHUB, AWS CodePipeline, etc.)
• Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and IAM.
• Monitor cloud environments using AWS cloudWatch, and third-party tools.
• Ensure security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption and compliance.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and optimize performance/
• Collaborate with development and Operations teams to enhance cloud-based solutions.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud Engineering.
• Proficiency in AWS services, networking and security concepts
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS certification (AWS solution Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer or equivalent is a plus
  
  

Soft Skills Required

• Clear communication to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to articulate progress, issues and blockers in a clear and timely manner.
• Experience with Agile methods of working and concepts.
• Ability to help train and upskill other team members.
• Strong documentation and ability to define processes.
