Direct Tax Analyst

This position involves preparing accurate tax returns, developing tax-saving strategies, and ensuring timely

payments. The Tax Accountant collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to support audits,

minimize risks, and align the organization's financial strategies with tax requirements.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Working on Corporate Income Tax matters with the third-party tax consultants including filing
  
  

of tax returns and finalization of Audits, Accounts, Documentation and MIS Reporting for US and

international geographies

• Supervising all US and International tax compliance and submissions covering Corporate Tax,
  
  

and withholding taxes

• Coordinate with the internal teams to gather information related to the quarterly and annual tax
  
  

provisions

• Support Internal and External audits
• Performs research activities on tax issue and have informed discussion with the tax consultant
  
  

and advice the internal teams

• Good understanding of the applications on the NOLs for both state and federal taxes including
  
  

NOLs for acquired entities (M&A transactions)

• Updates asset depreciation schedules for clients on a monthly to quarterly basis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• Proven experience in tax accounting, compliance, and tax return preparation for US
  
  

Companies

• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
