Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Time / On BizAcuity Payroll)

Job Mode: Onsite / Work from Office | Monday to Friday |

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring quality talent for technical and non-technical positions. The candidate should have excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support campus hiring, employee referral programs, and recruitment drives.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, QA, and related technology roles.
• Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
