TA And HR Executive

Help us build the team behind India's next big wellness brand. Support hiring across functions while gaining hands-on exposure to onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and people processes in a fast-growing startup.

Who This Is For

You're someone with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You're eager to learn, take ownership, and grow beyond recruitment into broader HR responsibilities.

What You'll Own

• Support hiring across creative, growth, operations, and business functions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, Behance, Instagram, and other channels
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Help drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR policies and compliance

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Startup, D2C, or agency hiring experience is preferred
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance is a plus
