About the Role 

We are seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant/Analyst with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro WFM solutions and building scalable integrations using Dell Boomi. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to deliver accurate workforce solutions, automate data flows, and ensure compliance and performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

UKG Pro WFM (Core Focus) 

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and support of UKG Pro WFM modules:  

• Time & Attendance 

• Accruals and leave management  

• Scheduling, Advance scheduling and forecasting  

• Pay Rules 

• Attestation 

• Workforce Analytics 

• Clocks 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into UKG WFM configurations. 

• Configure and maintain:  

• Pay rules, work rules, meal/break rules 

• Overtime, holiday, shift differentials 

• Accrual policies and leave rules 

• Support UAT, parallel payroll testing, and production deployments. 

• Troubleshoot real time data issues related to timecards, pay calculations, clocks , integration and reports. 

• Create functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and SOPs. 

• Provide post‑go‑live support, enhancements, and optimization. 

Dell Boomi – Integration & Middleware 

• Design and develop Boomi AtomSphere integrations between:  

UKG Pro (WFM / Core / Payroll),  HR, third‑party applications 

• Build and manage:  

API‑based integrations (REST/SOAP) 

 File‑based and event‑based integrations 

• Configure and maintain:  

 Boomi Processes, Connectors, Profiles 

Runtimes and Environments 

• Implement error handling, logging, alerts, and retries. 

• Optimize integration performance and ensure high availability. 

• Support integration testing, deployment, and monitoring. 

Key Skill: 

• Strong experience in UKG Pro WFM. 

• Have a good understanding of implementing requirements generated by payroll processes and labor laws 

• Experience working with global or multi‑country WFM setups 

• Strong knowledge of REST & SOAP APIs ,XML, JSON, flat files Integration lifecycle and deployment best practices 

• Proficiency in SQL for backend data querying and troubleshooting. 

• Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
