Intern Batch - EOC (Monitoring)

Skillset:

• Basic understanding of Monitoring concepts
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Networking
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  
  

Role Overview

As part of the EOC team, you will act as the first point of contact for infrastructure monitoring incidents and requests in a fast-paced environment. The role involves monitoring systems, creating and triaging incidents, and supporting basic troubleshooting activities.

You will also be responsible for documenting processes and SOPs to streamline operations and assist in resolving infrastructure-related issues. The role requires working efficiently while adhering to attendance, quality, and customer service metrics.

Key Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Fundamental troubleshooting knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
• Understanding of infrastructure and monitoring concepts
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Datadog, Nagios etc. (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools administration (good to have)
