SW QA Engineer - Python And CLI Testing

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer who will play a key role in automating and validating complex, enterprise-grade systems across Linux and Windows environments. As part of our Quality Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with experts in security, performance, and automation testing while acting as a strong advocate for quality across the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle within Agile scrum teams, ensuring quality from design to release.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D to review requirements, influence design, and validate solutions.
• Design and implement robust functional, stress, and performance test cases for complex client/server systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites using Python, including backend and CLI-based testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and ensure comprehensive test coverage and scalability validation.
• Identify defects and actively support resolution by providing clear reproduction steps and root-cause analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in Software QA, testing enterprise or infrastructure-level products.
• Expert proficiency in Python (preferably Python 3) for test automation and scripting.
• Strong hands-on experience testing CLI-based, client/server applications on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Experience using QA test management systems to ensure functional and regression coverage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across global, distributed teams and time zones.
