About the Role: Your Impact
As a Support Specialist 1, you will be on the front lines, delivering best-in-class service and embodying our value to create customer delight. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an exceptional team within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company. Youll play a vital role in helping our clients—medical professionals—get the most out of our technology, helping them save time and improve patient care.
Your Responsibilities: What Youll Do
Youll be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive consistent, professional, and high-quality support.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues.
- Answer incoming inquiries promptly and effectively via email, phone, and client chat.
- Effectively apply problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and follow them through to successful resolution.
- Educate clients on our software and establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to resolve complex issues, embodying our value to make things happen.
- Replicate and document issues accurately for further escalation, contributing to our mission to innovate boldly.
Skills & Requirements: What Youll Bring

- 1-2 years of related experience in a client-facing, software support role is required.
- Demonstrated expertise with evaluating, troubleshooting, and following-up on customer software application issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of bug tracking and CRM software such as Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Apple platforms (Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS) is helpful.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience within a medical practice and/or EMR experience is preferred, as this directly aligns with our mission.
- Google suite experience is a plus.
