About the Role

Earthful.me, is hiring a Supply Chain Management Intern for our Hyderabad (Madhapur) office. This is a hands-on role covering the full procurement cycle — from raising purchase orders and coordinating with vendors, to invoice matching, quality documentation, and reporting. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship.

What You'll Do

• Purchase Order Accuracy & Timeliness — Raise POs as per the demand planning schedule with correct quantity, price, and delivery date. Track vendor acknowledgment and follow up on delays. Route all PO amendments through the system for a clean audit trail.
• Invoice & Payment Coordination — Follow up on Proforma Invoices for advance payments, match invoices against POs and GRNs before sending to Accounts, track payment status, and share UTR details with vendors once paid.
• Quality Documentation & Goods Receipt — Request Certificates of Analysis (COA) as soon as dispatch is confirmed and share with Warehouse/QA before material arrives. Support GRN entries and flag any batch without a valid COA.
• Vendor Master Data & Onboarding — Keep vendor records (lead time, MOQ, pricing, COA, etc.) complete and current. Onboard new vendors with full details before their first PO.
• Vendor Relationship Management — Be the go-to contact for day-to-day vendor questions on orders, payments, and documents, responding within the same working day.
• Reporting & MIS — Pull weekly PO status, pending payments, and pending GRNs, and share a status update with the Supply Chain Manager on a fixed day each week.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with an SCM/procurement tool is a plus
• Strong attention to detail — this role directly impacts PO accuracy, payments, and quality compliance
• Good written and verbal communication for vendor coordination
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in-office out of Madhapur, Hyderabad
