Job Title: Community Building Manager

Location: Hyderabad, On-Site

Work Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed weekly off)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Type: 3 months probation + Full-time

Experience: 2 - 4 years

sAt NxtWave, placements are our strongest proof point. This role exists to make sure every placement gets captured, documented, and distributed, consistently, on time, across every channel. You're not writing captions or designing posts. You're running the machine that turns a placement into visible proof: coordinating with alumni, teams, and vendors, tracking everything in sheets, and making sure nothing slips

leTrack daily placement data and make sure it's complete before anything else beginsCall placed alumni, have real conversations, document their journey and collect consent and photosGet a LinkedIn post live from the student's own profile within 3 to 4 days of the first callPlan testimonial video shoots, brief the video team, and make sure the final video goes live within 12 daysRaise poster requests with the design team and hold them to a 2 to 3 day turnarou

nityOwn the alumni community from the ground up.
