About The Department

The candidate will be part of the global internal consulting team within global corporate strategy team of Franklin Templeton. The internal consulting group helps global leaders solve business problems and optimize and accelerate business outcomes across investment management, sales, marketing and products, Technology and Operations etc. The group focusses on following areas: business process optimization, operating model design, strategy development and new idea evaluation and incubation

How You Will Add Value?

The candidate is expected to work, in an independent capacity, with one or more global business unit, leading a part or an entire project. The candidate will work closely with all internal stakeholders across wide range of seniority from frontline staff to senior management. He/she is expected to quickly understand the business, collect information/data, perform business analysis, identify recommendations and pilot solutions. Ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, customer focus, drive for results, strategic agility, and ability to deal with ambiguity.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications

• MBA. CFA / FRM preferred
• 15+ years of professional work experience. All or part of the experience should be with one of the premier management consulting firms and as part of internal consulting teams in financial services sector.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt experience preferred
• We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated strong capabilities around relationship building, change management, entrepreneurship and problem solving.
