Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales and business growth, lead and develop the store team, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Oversee end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Monitor store performance and ensure all targets (sales, customer experience, operations) are achieved.
  
  

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Implement strategies to grow customer base and improve repeat business.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, train and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage shifts, assign tasks and ensure accountability.
  
  

Inventory & Merchandising

• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Ensure proper merchandising, planogram compliance and store presentation.
  
  

Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
  

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and SOPs.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, team performance and other key metrics.
