Staff IAM PAM Administrator Tier-1

About The Role

Blackbaud is seeking a Staff Identity and Privileged Access Management Administrator (IAM/PAM) (Tier-1) to support day-to-day identity and privileged access operations across cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate is process-drive, comfortable working from standards, and thrives in a high-volume support model where speed, accuracy, and customer service matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor IAM request queues and lifecycle workflows.
• Execute standard provisioning/deprovisioning tasks via tooling and automation.
• Resolve routine IAM incidents (SSO/MFA access, group/role assignment errors).
• Support access review campaigns by running reports and tracking remediation tasks.
• Monitor PAM platform for health dashboards and alerts.
• Onboard privileged accounts/safes using approved templates and patterns.
• Resolve standard PAM tickets (password checkout failures, safe membership, launch issues).
• Validate and remediate basic password rotation failures following runbooks.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and clear handoffs or escalations.
• Update documentation (SOPs) or knowledge bases when changes occur.
• Participate in short/on-call rotations for incident response.
  
  

What We’ll Want You To Have

• 2+ years in IAM/PAM, service desk, identity operations, or IT admin support.
• Familiarity with enterprise directory services (AD, Entra ID and AWS directory services).
• Working knowledge and understanding of RBAC, ABAC, MFA, SSO, least privilege, and JIT.
• Comfortable following runbooks and standardized procedures.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise IAM/IGA and PAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust).
• Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
