Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using AWS Spring Boot and Angular JS to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize SQL databases for high performance and reliability.
• Utilize Java and JavaScript to create efficient reusable and reliable code for various applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes contributing to sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Document technical specifications and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Contribute to the companys mission by developing software that enhances user experience and drives business growth.
