What You’ll Do

• Design AI-powered agents using the latest technologies such as MCP
• Build AI systems that make smart decisions and amplify the work of Finance analysts.
• Create reusable AI components that adapt, learn, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Evangelize our AI and Agent technology across FGBS and Amazon.
• Deliver secure, globally scalable systems that run flawlessly 24x7.
• Partner with PMs and ML scientists to turn ideas into production—bridging research with real-world impact.
• Mentor engineers and set the bar for quality, security, and scalability.
• Drive externalization of internal tools into customer-facing SaaS solutions with global reach.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Experience leading and influencing your team or organization
• Self-directed, ability to multi-task, sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
