Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Android Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android architecture, and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM), with a proven ability to lead development, modernize applications, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Drive architecture using MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture principles.
• Implement and support Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM) initiatives.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and real-time communication solutions.
• Lead code reviews, quality improvements, performance optimization, and release management.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Android development experience.
• Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose.
• MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, Hilt/Dagger.
• Coroutines, Flow, REST APIs.
• Firebase, Crashlytics, Remote Config.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM).
• WebRTC, Bluetooth/Connected Devices.
• Healthcare, retail, or enterprise application experience.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and engineering automation.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
