The Opportunity

What does great selling look like here, and how do we help more sellers do it consistently? The Sr. Seller Enablement Specialist will have the opportunity to answer that question at scale.

You will shape how we build seller capability globally, from Sales School and selling methodology to advanced Masterclasses, practice, proficiency and targeted development when performance signals show sellers need help. This is not about delivering more training. It is about building capability that shows up in customer conversations, opportunities and results.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the global seller capability framework and proficiency expectations across priority sales roles.
• Lead Sales School / How to Sell Academy, including curriculum architecture and ongoing development of foundational selling capabilities.
• Build capability in core disciplines such as discovery, qualification, value selling, executive conversations, opportunity strategy and negotiation.
• Shape an ongoing Masterclass curriculum for advanced and priority selling skills.
• Create practical approaches to practice, assessment, reinforcement and proficiency that help skills transfer into the field.
• Use performance insights, field feedback and seller proficiency signals to identify capability needs and shape targeted development when execution is breaking down.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and across Revenue Enablement to connect seller development to business priorities, field needs and ongoing reinforcement.
• Use proficiency, adoption and relevant performance signals to continuously improve seller enablement.
• Apply AI-enabled practice and coaching where they strengthen feedback, confidence or scale.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of relevant Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Effectiveness or sales methodology experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building seller capability or sales methodology programs in complex B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise selling skills and how to build proficiency through practice and reinforcement.
• Ability to translate performance needs into focused capability solutions rather than defaulting to training.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
