International Seller Services (ISS) is looking for an innovative and inspirational Sr Software Development Manager to lead our teams in our journey to transform our experience to recruit, launch and grow 3P sellers WW. In this role, you will work with Product Managers, Engineering Teams and 3P Account Specialists all over the world in building and launching innovative AI solutions at a rapid pace. You will be a manager of managers, leading teams that are dynamically defining, refining and launching bar raising products for our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn and implement the latest AI products and solutions.

They communicate effectively at all levels, including the most junior engineers to business and technology VPs and Directors at Amazon, in individual and group setting.

A day in the life

As a Part Of This Role, You Will

• Develop technology strategies to enable long-term strategic objectives and business goals.
• Lead a team to contiuously learn the latest AI tools and techniques and how to mold them into bar raising products for 3P Sellers and AMs
• Participate in and Influence cross org technology decisions.
• Conduct business reviews with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a complex distributed software development organization.
• Foster team culture inspired by Amazons leadership principals.
• Hire, mentor, coach and develop the necessary skills in your organization.
• Own product operations, including maintenance, upgrades, modernization, and deprecation of software.
• Define software development processes, conduct reviews, and report progress.
  
  

About The Team

ISS teams mission is to build AI-driven products that help over 6000 Account Managers and millions of sellers to launch and grow on Amazon worldwide.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
• Ability and Inquisitiveness to keep up to date with Amazon and industry wide breakthroughs on Generative AI and Agentic AI products, solutions and techniques.
