YASH Technologies is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager – Business Consulting to lead strategic consulting engagements focused on Business Process Management (BPM) using SAP Signavio and Application Portfolio & Enterprise Architecture Management (APRM) using SAP LeanIX.

This role requires a consulting leader who can advise C-suite stakeholders, drive enterprise transformation initiatives, develop market-leading consulting offerings, and build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business transformation, process excellence, enterprise architecture, operating model optimization, and technology-driven innovation, while helping clients realize measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory

• Guide clients through complex business and technology challenges by leveraging specialized expertise in Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
• Recommend strategic solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives, transformation agendas, and growth ambitions.
• Apply a forward-looking, industry-oriented perspective to shape and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Advise clients on industry trends, leading practices, emerging business models, and transformation opportunities.
• Provide valuable insights on disruptive technologies, digital innovation, and their potential impact on business strategy and operating models.
  
  

SAP Signavio BPM Leadership

• Lead BPM consulting engagements leveraging the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
• Drive business process discovery, process modeling, process mining, process governance, and process optimization initiatives.
• Help clients establish process-centric transformation frameworks that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and enterprise transformation programs through process-led methodologies.
• Define BPM governance structures, process architectures, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  
  

SAP LeanIX APRM & Enterprise Architecture Leadership

• Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization and Enterprise Architecture transformation initiatives using SAP LeanIX.
• Develop business capability models, application landscapes, target-state architectures, and technology transformation roadmaps.
• Advise clients on application portfolio optimization, cloud transformation, technical debt reduction, and IT modernization initiatives.
• Enable architecture governance, portfolio transparency, and strategic technology investment decisions.
• Support clients in aligning business strategy with technology strategy through effective architecture management practices.
  
  

Transformation Delivery & Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs from strategy development through execution and value realization.
• Provide strategic direction throughout consulting engagements to ensure successful delivery and superior client outcomes.
• Make informed and confident decisions based on detailed business, operational, and financial analysis.
• Utilize financial models, business cases, and ROI assessments to secure stakeholder alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Ensure program governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across engagements.
  
  

Business Development & Practice Growth

• Promote YASH's consulting services and capabilities across existing and prospective client accounts.
• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities around SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, Business Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and Process Excellence.
• Generate innovative ideas and convert them into commercially viable client solutions and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, solutioning, and alliance teams to drive pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry positioning, solution development, and go-to-market initiatives.
  
  

Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building

• Establish credibility and trusted advisor status with executives and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive long-term partnerships and sustained business growth.
• Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through effective communication and consulting expertise.
• Develop strong internal and external networks to support client success and organizational objectives.
• Adopt a global and collaborative approach to resource mobilization and capability deployment across engagements.
  
  

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Translate business strategy into a compelling team vision with clear priorities, objectives, and success measures.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire consulting teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Build and strengthen the organization's BPM, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Transformation consulting capabilities.
• Actively contribute to talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.
• Support certification, capability-building, and career growth programs across the consulting organization.
  
  

Required Qualifications Education

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  
  

Experience

• 10–15+ years of consulting experience in Business Transformation, Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technology Advisory.
• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executive stakeholders and business decision-makers.
• Experience in developing consulting offerings, driving business growth, and leading teams.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Signavio and/or SAP LeanIX is highly preferred.
