Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
Implement and manage SNOW and Splunk platforms to ensure optimal performance and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design infrastructure solutions that support business needs.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Optimize infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data.
Document infrastructure configurations and processes for future reference and training.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure practices and standards. -Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of SNOW and Splunk platforms with practical experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in infrastructure development and management.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure development.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
Be adaptable to changing technologies and business needs.
