Job Overview

We’re currently seeking a HRIS administrator to help us streamline our HR processes through the use of HRIS software. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS system such as Workday, Oracle and be able to hit the ground running in developing and implementing new HRIS integrations. They will also be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide support to users as needed. Responsibilities

  • Integration Management
    • Develop, Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and APIs.
    • Develop, Configure, maintain integrations, and automations using middle ware tools such as workato.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors to ensure data accuracy and successful data exchange between workday and other systems. (Payroll, Benefits, Travel & Expense and other financial systems)
    • Monitor integration Processes and resolve integration errors in a timely manner.
    • Maintain documentation for all integrations and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

  • Advance Reporting & Analytics
    • Design and maintain Complex workday reports including calculated fields, custom reports and dashboards.
    • Partner with HR, Finance and leadership teams to deliver meaningful insights using workday’s reporting tools.
    • Optimize performance of high-volume reports and ensure data security and accuracy.
    • Provide training and support to end users on accessing and utilizing reports effectively.

  • Security Administration
    • Manage workday security setup, including roles, domains, user-based permissions and business process security policies.
    • Regularly review and audit access to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
    • Work with internal audit teams to facilitate periodic reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and role provisioning.

  • Release & Change Management
    • Act as the point of contact for workday releases, including review, testing and communication of new features.
    • Conduct impact assessments and coordinate testing of new functionality with stakeholders.
    • Maintain system documentation and change logs.
    • Ensure alignment between workday configuration and evolving business requirements.

  • Collaboration
    • Partner and collaborate with Talent Systems Specialist on HRIS configuration changes as needed.
    • Engage with Talent Team members to keep them informed and consulted with the changes.
    • Establish regular change management process through SLDC practices
    • Support System outages, and incident responses for the global business
Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree, in a technology related field or other related degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of admin experience with a global HRIS such as Workday, Oracle, SAP with focus on integrations.
  • Experience with system or functional configuration, reporting, security of HRIS
  • Strong experience of building integrations using Workday Studio, and other integrations technologies such as Workato, Mulesoft.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team and leadership.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (i.e. Service Now, JIRA, etc.) and knowledge of Agile SDLC and ITIL methodologies preferred
  • Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change
  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to learn technology tools quickly
