AMD is seeking a Senior Ethics Specialist to support our global Ethics & Compliance program. This role plays a key role in operational execution, with a primary focus on reviewing and conducting conflicts checks, supporting broader program effectiveness and regional scaling efforts in internal investigations, anti-corruption, competition and third-party risk management programs. Working under the guidance of the Director of Legal, this role contributes to the consistent and efficient delivery of compliance program activities by leveraging AI, data, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct conflicts of interest reviews and checks, including analysis of disclosures, red flags, and risk indicators.
Support internal investigations case tracking and evidence preservation, including documentation and coordination activities.
Support third-party due diligence reviews, including adjudication of compliance alerts and red flags, tracking and follow-up actions.
Assist in monitoring and tracking remediation efforts and ensuring timely closure of actions; while ensuring we maintain accurate and audit-ready records.
Contribute to compliance reporting and data analysis, including preparation of dashboards and summaries.
Support scaling of global compliance programs in Asia, including:
Assisting in preparation of leadership and regional reporting
Supporting regional compliance awareness and communication efforts
Coordinating execution of regional program activities in alignment with global standards
Assist in maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process standardization, automation, or tools.
Preferred Experience
Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or program management.
Experience with conflicts of interest reviews, due diligence, or screening processes
Familiarity with compliance tools and systems (e.g., third-party risk platforms, case management systems).
Exposure to data analysis, dashboards, or workflow tools is an advantage.
Technology or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
Academic and Professional Credentials
Bachelor’s degree.
CCEP/CCEP-I or similar certifications are a plus.
