Job Description: ServiceNow Developer – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years specializing in HRSD.

Role Overview

Enhance employee experience by automating HR processes and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves designing, configuring, and customizing HRSD modules to streamline HR operations and improve service efficiency.

• Configure HRSD Modules:
• Implement and customize Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and other HRSD components.
• Develop HR Services & Templates:
• Create HR service catalogs, templates, and workflows tailored to organizational needs.
• Integration with HR Systems:
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise HR systems such as PeopleSoft and other third-party platforms.
• Portal Customization:
• Design and enhance Employee Center Pro portals for intuitive user experience.
• Automation & Orchestration:
• Utilize Flow Designer and API integrations for process automation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with HR-specific components and portal customization.
• Knowledge of API integrations and document management.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Required
• CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD) – Preferred
• Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro.
• Expertise in Document Management within ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
