Job Summary

The Sr. Associate, Business Performance & Operations Transformation will support this mission by executing transformation initiatives, enabling change management activities, and continuous improvement efforts across Operations.

This role will work closely with Operations Transformation leaders and business stakeholders to support execution of strategic initiatives, develop performance insights, coordinate change activities, and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through data, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Program Support

  • Support planning and execution of transformation and continuous improvement/ operational excellence initiatives across Operations.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to help ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist with preparation of project updates, presentations, and status reports.

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support business performance reviews through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Change Management Support

  • Assist with stakeholder communications, training coordination, and adoption activities.
  • Support development of communication materials and change management plans.
  • Gather feedback and monitor adoption metrics to support successful implementation of initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance business performance.
  • Support Continuous Improvement 2.0 (CI + AI) initiatives and automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to development of tools, templates, and best practices that improve execution consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations and supporting functions to gather requirements and support implementation activities.
  • Facilitate working sessions and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s OR Master's degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant business/operations experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in operational strategy, performance management, or management consulting.
  • Experience supporting transformation, operations improvement, or change management initiatives
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams
  • Experience in leveraging digital platforms, data, and analytics to generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement skills, problem-solving, and change management skills
