Sr Assoc Accounts Payable

Key Requirements

• 7–8 years overall experience, including 4–5 years in process‑focused roles working directly with data.
• Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise,
• Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance.
• Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow and working across complex IT environments.
• Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management.
• Experience implementing standardized End‑to‑End (E2E) business processes and applying best‑practice MDM methodologies.
• Solid understanding of PTP (Procure‑to‑Pay) processes and related master data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with structured issue‑resolution capability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities.
• Customer‑service mindset with focus on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Broad systems/IT implementation experience (SAP, CRM) and comfort working with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Experience designing robust data foundations in partnership with SMEs and key business stakeholders.
