JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst IT Security II to join our team.
• This role involves implementing and managing security tools to protect our organization's systems and data.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in some or all of the following areas: Next-generation Antivirus (NGAV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM and log management, scripting and automation, and network security controls (IDS/IPS), coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats.
  
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Senior Analyst IT Security II will be responsible for the following:

• Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring of models
• Build and optimize AI agents for cybersecurity use cases, including threat detection, triage, and automated response
• Integrate AI solutions with existing security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms)
• Lead development of data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for security telemetry
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of AI systems in production environments
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOps
• Stay current with advancements in AI (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems) and cybersecurity trends
  
  

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
  
  

Experience

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and system monitoring
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence platforms)
• Experience building AI agents or working with LLM-based systems (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming frameworks
• Experience in security automation or incident response workflows
• Contributions to open-source AI or security projects
