This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end activities, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and leading finance operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and process improvement. As a senior Accountant, oversee the month-close process, and play a key role in ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite).</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Collaborate and work closely with the&nbsp;<strong>finance team</strong>&nbsp;across multiple F&amp;A functions within Shared Services.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Oversee&nbsp;<strong>month-close activities</strong>, including scheduling, review of reports, and accuracy of financial statements.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Prepare &amp; Review&nbsp;<strong>journal entries (routine and non-routine, including tax adjustments).</strong></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Drive&nbsp;<strong>NetSuite implementation projects</strong>&nbsp;with hands-on involvement in system setup, workflows, and reporting.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Provide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decisions.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Collaborate, Mentor and coach team members to build capability, engagement, and growth within the team.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in commerce (B. Com);&nbsp;<strong>CA Inter or CPA (in progress)</strong>&nbsp;preferred.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;"><strong><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>6-8 years of experience</strong>&nbsp;in Finance &amp; Accounting, with strong exposure to controllership, month-close, and ERP systems.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Proven experience in&nbsp;<strong>working with finance teams</strong>&nbsp;in a <strong>MNC Shared Services</strong> or corporate environment.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Expertise in&nbsp;<strong>journal entry review, reconciliations, non-routine entries, and financial reporting.</strong></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Hands-on expertise with&nbsp;<strong>NetSuite implementation</strong>&nbsp;(mandatory).</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;">Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;">Proficiency with&nbsp;<strong>NetSuite (NS)</strong>&nbsp;as the primary ERP system.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;">Exposure to&nbsp;<strong>MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).</strong></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;">Experience working in Shared Services or professional services firms.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Not Sure You Meet Every Requirement?</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">We know that great candidates may not match every qualification listed.
