Spend And Report Procurement Analytics

Overview

Spend &Reports and analytics role will be responsible to collect, analyze, and design all the data outcomes in documents according to the business needs.

This Analyst will be able to provide and communicate to the procurement leads all the relevant data – outcomes from the report in order to identify opportunities – efficiencies for the category lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide standardized reporting and visualization platform with flexible data import/exports and manipulation features.
• Create, update, prepare ongoing weekly & periodic reporting.
• Understand key drivers of spend.
• Provide agreed source data in the format required to enable PepsiCo internal reporting merging information with PepsiCo owned applications.
• Recommend procedures for changing Reports / Recommend ad hoc Report request procedures / Recommend suggestions for new / deleted / changed Reports.
• Analyze data and Reports and offer recommendations for improvements to Reports, Management Tools, processes, contracts, vendors, data collection.
• Build rapport and credibility with customers and team members by demonstrating strong data management skills.
• Continue improving reports and dashboards.
• Compliance / KPIs metrics.
• Work with external clients to supplement PepsiCo captured data and make report information complete and useful.
• Review, create and execute purchase orders.
• Support/provide input on the Annual spend report activity & facilitate in data collection step before tenders
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology
• 5-7 years of experience in Spend Analytics and Reporting in GP Operations/Shared Services
