Roles Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION - Windows User Experience

Having 4 years of Windows Networking Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles

Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset

User Experience UEX o RDS Remote Desktop Services o UI Shell o WMI Script Power shell Etc Printing o Apps AppV UEV Storage High Availability HA Active Directory Fundamentals Strong communications skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Crossteam collaboration

Mandatory Skills

Remote Desktop Services Terminal Services Desktop Support RDP Windows Administration Windows Server AD DHCP DNS UEX

Desirable Skills
