Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Project Management on the Office of the Regional Managing Principal team, you will be responsible for:

• Develop presentations, points of view, and industry and competitor benchmarking reports to support leadership discussions
• Track and support multiple regional projects, including prioritization, issue follow-up, and execution coordination
• Support the development of business cases for new initiatives across the region
• Prepare management reports with analysis, insights, and metrics for review by senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with stakeholders across businesses and enabling areas to support strategic priorities, leadership programs, and project execution
  
  

The team

Office of the Regional Managing Principal (ORMP) serves as the central point of the US firm’s organization in India. Team members in ORMP are highly skilled and experienced professionals with varied experiences and background, who lead primary work portfolios and support Regional leadership for US firm’s organization in India to drive strategic priorities across the enterprise.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, business management, operations, finance, or a similar field
• Experience developing presentations, business cases, management reports, and executive-ready insights
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including benchmarking analysis
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and presentation development
• Experience using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI for data visualization
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Claude and Copilot
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadline-driven deliverables
  
  

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration or master’s degree in business management, finance, or a similar field from an accredited institution
• Experience in a professional services firm
