Position Summary

Join Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited as a Specialist, Marketing supporting the Relations Program/Transition Lab team. In this role, you will help deliver firmwide events, executive transition workshops, and marketing campaigns for stakeholders across Australia. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage campaign operations, and support reporting, logistics, and stakeholder communications for virtual and live programs.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Marketing on the Relations Program/Transition Lab team, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate virtual and live events, campaigns, and executive transition lab activities for stakeholders across Australia.
• Work with Growth teams, Personal Assistants, Partners, Sponsors, and other stakeholders to support scheduling, logistics, communications, and execution.
• Maintain event lists, mailing lists, contact records, campaign data, and data hygiene activities across Salesforce, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create event invitations and marketing collateral and provide status updates, campaign reporting, and project support to internal stakeholders.
• Support transition lab program activities, including workshop logistics, mailbox management, reporting, analysis, and tracking of deliverables and best practices.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 6:30 AM to 03:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-6 years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, and data administration.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience using customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience supporting event coordination, campaign execution, and stakeholder communications.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience supporting virtual and live events.
• Experience preparing campaign reports, dashboards, or monthly reporting.
• Experience maintaining mailing lists, contact records, or campaign databases.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholder communications.
• Experience working with Australia-based stakeholders or global teams.
• Experience supporting executive programs, sponsorships, or corporate hospitality events.
